RUN FOA A CAUSE

Every child deserves the chance to learn with dignity.

In the schools we work with across the Sundarbans, classrooms are filled with children who carry big dreams despite having very little. Some dream of becoming doctors, pilots, teachers, or artists. Others simply dream of learning in a classroom where they can sit comfortably and focus on their education.

Yet many continue to study while sitting on cold floors, carrying worn-out school bags, and making the best of limited resources.

As a volunteer with Vrikshit Foundation, I’ve met these children, spoken with them, and witnessed their determination first hand. Their hope is inspiring, but hope alone cannot provide the resources they deserve.

That’s why I’m participating in the JBG Kolkata Marathon 2026 in support of Vrikshit Foundation. Every contribution, no matter how small, helps move us closer to creating a better learning environment for these children. This isn’t just another fundraiser– it’s an opportunity to stand beside children who refuse to give up on their dreams despite every obstacle.

I’m aiming to raise ₹5,000, and I invite you to be part of this journey. Together, we can ensure that the next time we visit these classrooms, more children have the basic dignity and support they need to learn, grow, and dream without limits!
